Return Policy

There’s nothing quite like ripping through packaging to get to your shopping is there? We know the feeling, and we hope you’re lovin’ your purchases! Thanks a bunch!

However if you wish to return an item (s) for a refund or exchange, you must notify us of your intention to return it in writing within 48 hours from the date you received them. Please email us at: help@sole2sole.com.sg

Slight variations in colour and finish are a direct result of handcrafted work and are not considered defective.

A refund or exchange can be made when all the conditions of our returns policy are met entirely as stated below:

If in transit, the products you return are damaged due to the shipment process, we will refund you the cost of the return postage.

Please note that online promotions and store promotions are subject to individual Terms and Conditions.

Any item purchased online cannot be exchanged for items in the retail store and vice versa.
