PAYMENT

We have the following payment methods for you to choose from:

We accept online payment in a secure environment through PayPal. For more information on PayPal, please log on to www.paypal.com.

 

Visa & Mastercard

We accept online credit card payments from Visa and Mastercard.

 

Sorry! We do not accept cheques or postal orders.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact us at support@sole2sole.com.sg as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible – we take pride that all orders are processed quickly to get to you ASAP. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

 

RETURNS POLICY

There’s nothing quite like ripping through packaging to get to your shopping is there? We know the feeling, and we hope you’re lovin’ your purchases! Thanks a bunch!

 

However if you wish to return an item (s) for a refund or exchange, you must notify us of your intention to return it in writing within 48 hours from the date you received them. Please email us at: support@sole2sole.com.sg

 

Slight variations in colour and finish are a direct result of handcrafted work and are not considered defective.

 

A refund or exchange can be made when all the conditions of our returns policy are met entirely as stated below:

 

· Customers in Singapore must return Goods within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

 

· Customers outside of Singapore must return Goods within 14 working days.

 

· All items must be returned in their original package and in un-used (re-saleable

· condition.

 

· Any item(s) being returned must be accompanied by a returns form.

 

We will refund or exchange goods sent only with proof of purchase.

 

Items returned for exchange are subject to availability.

 

The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods should be returned by registered post only as we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. Kindly post items back to:

Remember to register your postage whenever possible so it will get to us safe!

 

Sale items are considered final sale.

 

Refunds for local customers will be by cheque. Refunds for overseas customers will be through PayPal.

 

If in transit, the products you return are damaged due to the shipment process, we will refund you the cost of the return postage.

 

Please note that online promotions and store promotions are subject to individual Terms and Conditions.

 

Any item purchased online cannot be exchanged for items in the retail store and vice versa.

 

 

SHIPMENT

All orders will be shipped out within two (2) working days of confirmation of receipt of payment.

 

Singapore

 

Island wide local delivery charge is S$10.00. Free local shipping provided for purchases of S$200.00 and above.

Delivery will take between 1-2 working days.

SOLE2SOLE will not be responsible for lost in transition deliveries.

 

International

 

International delivery is handled by Federal Express. A shipment charge of S$50.00 will be waived for purchases of S$400.00 and above.

Delivery will take between 7-14 working days.

SOLE2SOLE will note be responsible for lost in transition deliveries.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

 

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Singapore dollar (S$) and include the Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 7%.

 

For orders shipped outside of Singapore, the Goods & Services Tax of 7% will not be charged.

 

Please note: Local import duties may be payable upon receipt. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside Singapore and therefore shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
